Suitable for application of daily chemical label & food label.

Must test to confirm if used in small bottle label (diameter smaller than 30mm).

Not recommended for bottles with irregular surfaces or extruded bottles. Foamed structural facestock for economical applications, such as label peeling and high-speed large-angle bending, may develop fine cracks. When testing the adhesion strength of inks or coatings with 3M 600/810 tapes, there is a risk of film rupture and delamination.

Impresión y procesamiento

Suitable for conventional printing.
Control the viscosity of print ink, high contractility bring label crimp, causing the label detach from release paper or warp from label object.
Lest the pattern fades, printed label without film should try to avoid contact with solvents such as alcohol, isopropanol, gasoline, toluene, etc.
Sharp special die-cut knife for film is recommended. The printed labels should avoid contact with high-concentration alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, benzene, and oxidizing liquids such as H2O2 as much as possible to prevent the separation of ink from the coating or substrate.

From date of manufacture: 12 months
Storage conditions: 23±2℃ & relative humidity 50±5%. Prolonged storage outside these conditions might reduce the shelf life.
