    CPP Film

    Cast polypropylene film made on a 5-layer European cast line, with capacity of over 1,500 tons a month.

    Specifications

    • Thickness: 18–100 micron, tolerance ±3%
    • High clarity and gloss
    • High seal strength and hot tack
    • Resists grease, oil, tearing and puncture
    • High moisture barrier
    • Materials meet Vietnamese (QCVN), US and EU food-contact rules, tested by Quatest 3 and SGS

    CPE Film

    Cast polyethylene (LLDPE) film made by 5-layer A-C-B-C-D coextrusion on a European cast line; used where blown LLDPE is.

    Specifications

    • High clarity: chilled right after extrusion
    • Thickness variation about 3%
    • Flexible, tough and puncture resistant
    • Withstands cold, heat and high pressure

    MCPP Film

    Metallized cast polypropylene: CPP with an aluminium coating over the whole surface, from a European metallizer, made to each customer's specification.

    • Optical density: 0.4–3.2
    • Low seal temperature
    • Strong, tight seals
    • Oxygen (OTR) and water vapour (WVTR) barrier
    • Low odor

    High Barrier Film (EVOH, PA)

    Coextruded barrier film of up to 9 layers, based on EVOH and PA, made on a Brampton 9-layer blown film line.

    Specifications

    • Up to 9 layers
    • Thickness: 40–220 micron, tolerance 1–4%
    • Resists chemicals (lipids, acids, pesticide solvents) and puncture
    • Options: UV absorber, anti-fog, easy peel
    • About twice the shelf life of conventional laminated film

    • Vacuum bags for fresh meat, poultry, seafood and cashews
    • Bottom and top webs for thermoforming on FFS machines
    • Easy-peel lidding for PP, PE and PS trays
