PTS Certification for High Recovery Rate Label Materials
- Paper/Fibers are 99% recyclable. But fiber-based products are labeled or sealed tape, the pulp recovery rate are significantly impacted.
- Brands owners are setting requirements for the recovery rate of paper products, particularly cardboard boxes and paper cartons, with a common requirement of >85%.
- Youhua has developed high recovery rate materials, it is an advanced adhesive technology, significantly reducing the impact of adhesives on recycling. When the label stick with the package, the overall packaging recovery rate > 90%, while greatly improving the quality of recycled fiber.
Bio-based PSA

- The components of pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA) originate from petrochemical-based materials
- Youhua has developed adhesive containing a high proportion of bio-based components, exceeding 70% ,contributing to low carbon and carbon reduction efforts.
- The viscosity performance is comparable to petroleum based adhesives, meeting the needs of the vast majority of hot melt adhesive application scenarios.
- It also complies with European mineral oil regulations(MOAH & MOSH)
